55世纪钢结构(工程结构)工程涂刷防腐油漆后，未起到防腐保护作用，产生反锈、流坠、皱拆和裂纹等。 （二）施涂防腐油漆的程序(procedure)不符合要求

1.1施涂底漆、面漆的遍数和厚度不符合规定

目前钢结构(工程结构)公司(包括制作、安装公司)对钢结构防腐涂面漆的施涂程序(procedure)尚未统一，有的制作单位将底漆、面漆在发运前，均全部施涂完毕，由于吊装、运输过程将大部分面漆损坏，在安装现场还得重新修补面漆、造成面漆接茬的质量、色调与漆不同，浪费工时和漆料;有的制作单位将底漆施涂完成发运安装现场，但安装单位将面漆在构件全部固定安装后在高空施涂，导致面漆的施涂质量较差，不但不起防腐作用，也不安全，并浪费了大量工时，材料和增加了工程费用。
